🌘 訂單處理時間 Order Processing Time

Orders processing time will take about 5 - 10 business days.
If you wish to order Pre-order items, please leave us a message. Pre order items will take around 7 - 14 days.

🇭🇰 香港訂單 Hong Kong Orders

所有訂單包本地平郵，收到出貨通知後一般 2 - 5個工作天到達。 (平郵沒有追蹤功能，請買家自行承擔風險。)
訂單滿港幣$1000 包順豐，收到出貨通知後一般 1 - 2 個工作天到達。
寄出後會發出發貨通知及相片。
All orders include local post, it shall take 2 - 5 business days to arrive after dispatch notification is sent. (Local postage does not include tracing service. Risk of parcel loss will be on buyers.)
Order reaches HK$1,000 will include local SF express shipping. It shall take 1 - 2 business days to arrive after dispatch notification is sent.
Notification and photo proof will be sent once parcel is dispatched.

🇦🇺 澳洲及紐西蘭訂單 Australia and New Zealand Orders

訂單處理至收貨時間約 10 - 15 天。
訂單滿 HK$1,250 (~AU$250) 可享免運費優惠，收到出貨通知後易網遞 E Express 需 5-10 工作天運送，有追蹤服務。
訂單 HK$1,250 (~AU$250) 以下，每張訂單將會收取易網遞 E Express 運費HK$75 (~AU$15)。
如希望選用FedEx或順豐速運，請於下單前與我們聯絡報價。
進口貨品有機會產生稅項，此收費是由當地海關按申報價值及產品種類而收取。
寄出後會發出發貨通知及相片。

Order processing till delivery to your door will take about 10 - 15 days.
Enjoy free shipping for orders over HK$1,250 (~AU$250). E express with tracking services by local post will be used and it shall take 5-10 business days to arrive after dispatch notification is sent.
For orders under HK$1,250 (~AU$250), a delivery fee of HK$75 ~(AU$15) will be charged per order.

歐洲地區 Europe Orders

訂單滿HK$1,500免運費，訂單將會由瑞士寄出，大城市地區一般 2 - 4個工作天到達。
進口貨品有機會產生稅項，此收費是由當地海關按申報價值及產品種類而收取。
寄出後會發出發貨通知及相片。
Enjoy free shipping for orders over HK$1,500. Order will be dispatched from Switzerland and shall take 2 - 4 business days to arrive.
Tax and duties may incur based on the product categories and value. The amount will be determined by local customs.
Notification and photo proof will be sent once parcel is dispatched.

🏳️ 國際配送 International Shipping

由於衞生問題，很抱歉未能接受退貨或換貨。我們都很用心地包裝貨品，確保產品能安全地送到客人手中。如收貨時發現產品或包裝上有損壞，請以電郵 ooocycle.hk@gmail.com 或在 Facebook / Instagram / Whatsapp 上與我們聯絡。
如需更改或取消訂單而產品仍未寄出，請立即聯絡我們作出更改。退款亦可盡力安排，如使用信用卡付款的訂單在退款時將會收取5%手續費。如產品已在運送途中，恕未能安排退款。
請確保下單時填寫正確的收件資料，如資料有誤我們未能重寄貨品。以防萬一寄件時我們都會填上回郵地址。

Unfortunately returns or swaps of products will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. We put our utmost care to pack our products to make sure it is well protected before we send out to your hands. If you believe your products have arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at ooocycle.hk@gmail.com or Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp.
If you'd wish to modify or cancel your order before order is dispatched, please contact us ASAP. For credit card payment, there will be a 5% surcharge for refund. If order has been dispatched, a refund cannot be arranged.
Please make sure to provide a correct postal address and details. Items cannot be resent that have gone to the wrong address. However, we always include a return address on the mail just in case.
